The restaurant was packed but we were seated promptly and had immediate service. The food, atmosphere and service were excellent. It was a great belated birthday celebration. My husband had the chili rellenos and they did not disappoint. My red cheese enchiladas and beef taco were scrumptious and the strawberry Daiquiri was delicious.
My hostess Michelle was awesome. Had some great chicken fajitas and Michelle made sure they were well done exactly the way I liked A+
Stopped in after a UTPB Falcons Football Game!! The food was very good. Chips and salsa to start.. the salsa was really really good!!I had chose the Ricardo burrito plate it was Excellent !! Service was great and very accommodating! It was really busy, but the atmosphere was still great!! I will definitely be back!!
Absolutely love the food here. I ordered on UberEats. It was my first time ordering from the new location. Food was great. I was disappointed that the guac tasted packaged with the weird aftertaste and the queso was just nacho cheese like a concession stand serves. Salsa was still amazing. Friendly staff answered questions when I called.
Good food, service was poor because waiter didn't want to work table inside and out, but we made the best of it.
Nice building, plenty of benches for the lobby during the short wait. Ambience is festive and lively, not quiet at all at 7 pm on Saturday evening. It was hard to hear but the overall happy atmosphere made up for it. Might be a challenge for anyone with hearing problems though. The service was a cut above, prompt and super good from Liz! She got all customized dishes perfectly right and without delay, refilled everything quickly and was friendly and welcoming to first time guests. Salsa was really great! Chips were still warm and perfect. We ordered sweet tea. I don’t usually enjoy it but it was delicious. The entree we had was the Salad, which was more of a tostada, called Guadalajara. Wow! I asked for cheese on it. Wonderful! In Comidas, We had a Ricardo combo with carne asada added for an additional $3.00. Well worth it with wonderful steak, perfectly seasoned large portions. We chose the red sauce rather than green. It was really amazing sauce, and the rice and beans were the best out of any other restaurant. Everything was not only perfect but well balanced as a whole. Prices were reasonable for our standard, less than $13 salads and about $36.50 overall. Not bad for the quality of food, ambience and service. Liz is a great server to have for a meal. Thanks! Definitely recommend!
If you have nit been, you GOTTA go! Familia is the word that comes to mind. I felt like I was going to run into family there. The food was excellent, and the aosphere was a tribute to Mexicanos! Amazing place!
Needed to feed my need for tacos and this place did it! Ordered the combination taco plate. 2 hard shell tacos and 2 cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. This did not disappoint! Sweet tea was amazing and the service was great! Definitely recommend this place and they also have a buffet.
